About the Role
Our bakery smells amazing! The time goes by quickly because we are a very busy store and there is always something to
do. We need help to weigh and shape dough, bake the dough and frost/decorate the cookies after they come out of the
oven. We are an open bakery so keeping things clean as we bake is especially important. Bakers will be cross‐trained so
they also interact with customers and fill orders. Good customer service is essential! We love seeing some of the same
happy customers every week. We get to chat with customers and make their day! Many of our bakers have no previous baking
experience but enjoying baking is a plus! #
