About the Role

Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper The Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper position will take part in the normal

duties as a Maintenance team member. The role performs work of routine difficulty. Performs preventative maintenance and

repair of all mechanical systems and equipment of the building interior and exterior under the supervision of the Chief

Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor. Duties and Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable
