GROUNDS MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION Reports to: Grounds Supervisor and/or Maintenance Supervisor FLSA Status: Full-Time,
Non-Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW The responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance position are detailed below. In this role,
the individual should maintain a positive rapport with co-workers, residents and provide a high level of detailed
follow-up with the Grounds Supervisor and/or Maintenance Supervisor. The Grounds Maintenance should display a proactive,
positive attitude and perform all job functions as described below. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Garbage
collection and loose trash patrol Moving furniture when necessary Empty pet waste stations Maintaining small hand tools
