apartment community Assure high quality of curb appeal Must be able to climb stairs and ladder Use various tools and

equipment Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Apartment Industry Experience 1yr or more Ability to lift or carry

at least 50 pounds Must be a team player with positive attitude Must have a strong work ethic Pass a criminal background
