About the Role
Head Baker Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the ship's bakery, including ordering ingredients,
maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment onboard the cruise ship Work closely with the
Executive Chef to create and execute a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries for our guests Ensure all baked
goods are made to the highest quality standards and are visually appealing Train and supervise a team of bakers,
ensuring they adhere to company standards and follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with other
departments, such as the dining room and room service, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of baked goods to guests
