About the Role
POSITION PURPOSE: Shuttle driver transports our guests, members, and visitors inside the resort. They perform it with
the highest level of service to ensure guest satisfaction. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
* Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel. Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local
attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
* Follows all of Trump Hotel Collection Service basics.
