About the Role
Equity Lifestyle Properties - - Responsibilities: Operate forklift to load and unload boats within marina operations;
Move boats to water, trailer, and rack spaces as directed; Inspect and maintain forklifts and marina equipment
(batteries, lubrication); Train dockhand staff in dockside procedures; Maintain daily records of forklift inspections
and communicate with dock staff
