Field Service Customer Service Dispatcher

About the Role

Ensures that all assigned work is conducted in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental and

contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears and enforces wearing proper personal protective

equipment. Use various Dealer Business System Software to manage all field operations and all fieldwork orders. Receives

calls, log information, coordinates and schedules all service requests as they are received. Follows company guidelines

to assure prompt and accurate customer communication and dispatch of technicians. Ensures the appearance, maintenance

and the condition of equipment, tooling, trucks, etc. Handles service calls from customers with professionalism and
