Facilities Construction Specialist
About the Role
Job Title The purpose of this position is to perform skilled, semi-skilled, and technical work in the construction,
maintenance, repair, and renovation of City facilities and related infrastructure, under the general supervision of the
Assistant Facilities Manager or designee. Work involves a variety of building-trade functions, including HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general construction, to ensure City buildings, systems, and equipment
remain safe, functional, and in optimal operating condition. Employees in this classification perform work independently
or as part of a team, interpret technical drawings and work orders, troubleshoot facility issues, and complete
