About the Role
Job Description We're partnering with a well‐established steel company in the Lakeland, FL area that is seeking
Fitter/Welders. In this role you will be fitting, aligning, and assembling structural steel components in a fabrication
shop environment. The role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols, use hand and power
tools, and work closely with welders and quality control to ensure all assemblies meet project specifications and
