About the Role
We are a small family-owned business looking for a reliable and experienced Lead employee for aluminum fabrication &
welding. Our goal is to find the right candidate that has specific experience and in-depth knowledge with measure,
layout, fabrication and welding of aluminum railings, shutters, awnings, staircases, etc. Required * Aluminum TIG
Welding experience * Architectural / ornamental aluminum fabrication experience (railings, shutters, awnings, gates,
etc) * Fluent English * Must be reliable and drug free. * The knowledge and ability to read plans and lead other
employees in fabrication projects We fabricate and install custom welded railings, metal canopies, awnings, shutters,
