About the Role

and residential units through high-quality painting and surface preparation. This role supports property maintenance

efforts to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliPrepare surfaces for

painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming/liliPaint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings,

doors, trim, railings, and common areas/liliPerform touch-ups and routine maintenance painting as needed/liliMatch paint

colors and finishes according to HOA standards/liliProtect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting
