About the Role

Oversee all daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations for the hotel Ensure all guest rooms, public areas,

laundry facilities, heart of house areas, storage rooms, and exterior housekeeping spaces are consistently maintained to

Hilton and Shaner standards Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures within the

Housekeeping Department Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Shaner Hotels, Hilton, and departmental

policies and procedures while ensuring the housekeeping team is informed and compliant as well Lead, motivate, coach,

train, and develop housekeeping team members while maintaining a positive and productive work environment Hire, onboard,
