About the Role

Overall Scope and Responsibility: Ensure that all guest rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the company standards in both

quality and quantity. Essential Duties: Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest

satisfaction. Replace any unused amenities and report any maintenance concerns. Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering

guest requests. Provide maid service by doing a thought out cleaning, vacuum, undusted, replenishing amenities, linens,

and supplies and filling ice bucket as preferred by guest. Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters,

and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents. Assist PM attendants by stripping and
