About the Role

The Transportation Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring transportation services to

ensure timely, safe, and efficient movement of drivers, vehicles, and/or passengers. This role serves as the central

point of communication between drivers, management, and clients, prioritizing service requests while maintaining

operational efficiency and high customer service standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and

dispatch drivers, vehicles, or transport staff according to schedules, service requests, and priority levels Monitor

real-time transportation activity and adjust assignments as needed to address delays, emergencies, or changes in demand
