Type Full Time Description Create, manage, and dispatch work orders in the dispatch software, ensuring all client needs

are logged and prioritized correctly. Route and schedule electrician and maintenance technicians to job sites across the

South Florida region, optimizing routes for minimal response time. Answer inbound calls, diagnose emergency versus

routine maintenance needs, and provide initial troubleshooting support over the phone. Track parts, materials, and

specialty tools needed for daily maintenance tasks. Order necessary supplies to ensure technicians are fully equipped.
