Coordinates drivers according to customer requests and in compliance with company rules. Communicates with customers to
determine driver demand and driving schedules. Notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data into a
computer database. Monitors driver performance and adherence to schedules. Collaborates with other departments to ensure
smooth operations. Knowledge of common procedures used to gain operational efficiency [Required] Ability to work
