Driver/attendant

About the Role

Driver/Attendant Position Purpose: Under the direction of the Logistics Manager the Driver/Attendant will function

within the guidelines of the companies and department Policies and Procedures. He/she is responsible for the safe

transport of patients to and from all CHI centers. Also, transport and performs other requests by the departments for

CHI business. Position Requirements / Qualifications: Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two

(2) years experience as a driver desired. Licensure / Certification: Maintain current CPR certification from the

American Heart Association. First Aid Training course to be obtained within 60 days of employment. Must be licensed for
