About the Role
DRIVER LEAD
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Early Morning Start Times | 1-2 Overnights per week may be required due to length of route
The Driver Lead role is responsible for overseeing the drivers to ensure all processes are completed properly on a daily
basis. This includes but is not limited to payroll, maintenance, driver issues and shipping processes. This is a
hands-on position that will work with the team and lead by example. This position will also work closely with the
Operations Manager to address any issues within the team or processes.
