Dispatcher Rotating Shift/24hrs Per Week

About the Role

The Dispatch Specialist role is integral to the daily operations of the Transfer Center and Transport Team. Responsible

for the dispatch, real-time tracking and monitoring of LifeLine teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating

in-patient and referral calls from outside facilities for potential hospital admission or consult, managing trauma, ECMO

and CVOR activations resulting in staff and facility preparation, dispatching and tracking LifeLine ground transport

services through Zoll software, operating UHF, VHF, Aviation and Push To Talk radio systems, dispatching and tracking

air transport services through tracking software and effective use of radio communications, documenting referral calls
