About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher to support daily office operations, customer
service, and scheduling activities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a mix of administrative support,
dispatch coordination, billing assistance, and customer communication while working closely with operations, management,
and clients. Key Responsibilities: Answer phones, assist customers, and provide service information Prepare sales
quotes, work orders, and daily schedules Coordinate and dispatch crews, equipment, and service requests Track, update,
and maintain customer accounts and job tickets Assist with payroll reporting, certified payroll, and timesheet tracking
