Dispatcher Department: Patient Transfer Center Shift details: Full Time, Days, 9am - 7:30pm Alternating Weekends and

holidays Summary The Dispatcher will coordinate, control, and dispatch all levels of service and patient transportation

for JHS. Responsibilities Receives calls from JHS employees for patient transportation related services. Calls vendors

for the proper units for patients discharges. Ascertains pertinent information from the caller to determine level of

service transport for the patient. Investigates service inquiries, incident reports, and customer service related

issues. Completes daily, weekly, and monthly reports assigned by MTC manager. Works in Microsoft Word and Excel for
