About the Role
The primary responsibility of a Dishwasher/Receiver is to clean all dishware, quickly and efficiently, following Hawkers
Asian Street Food commissary procedures. The Dishwasher/Receiver is also responsible for the cleanliness of the building
and its perimeters. In addition to cleaning duties, the Dishwasher/Receiver is responsible to the receiving of products,
placement and rotation into existing commissary inventory, and assisting with the loading, wrapping, and expediting of
outgoing PO's to our broadline vendors. Other duties may be assigned as the need arises.
