About the Role

Job Functions: • Live and embraces American Social Vision and Core Values • Reports to work on time and prepared for the

shift • Follows all Image and Appearance standards • Monitors product supply and replenishes stock when necessary •

Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and storage racks, etc • Communicates with chefs and managers of low

product levels and equipment problems • Removes dishes, glassware and silverware from bus tubs to prepare for cleaning •

Communicates with other Team Members to prioritize which dishes, pans, etc. need to be cleaned first • Ensures that

dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen items are clean and sanitized • Sorts clean silverware, glassware and dishes
