About the Role
Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Dishwasher delivers service excellence to the Kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen is
clean, orderly and sanitized. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishes,
flatware and related equipment. Performance Expectations: ~ Operate dish machine in the prescribed manner to clean and
sanitize all china, glass, silver, pots, pans, silverware etc. according to proper cleaning and product standards. ~
Responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen floors and mats during and at end of shifts. ~ Store glassware,
plates, flatware and kitchen equipment in proper racks and organize properly. ~ Clean walls and kitchen equipment, and
