About the Role
Cook The Cook prepares food that meets current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations by
following established policies and procedures. He or she ensures that safe and high quality food service is provided at
all times. The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma, two years
of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, and has a current Safe Food Handler certificate. He or she has the
physical stamina to perform all the requirements of this position and can work a flexible schedule, including nights,
weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress,
