About the Role

Service Dispatcher We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily service

operations for a team of technicians. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling and communication for

service and repair work across commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, ice machines, exhaust

systems, beverage equipment, and commercial microwaves throughout the Tallahassee area, the Florida Panhandle, and

Southwest Georgia. Receive and manage incoming service requests from commercial clients including restaurants, schools,

medical facilities, and convenience stores Prioritize emergency, warranty, and maintenance service calls Document all
