About the Role

sites: • SOC (Spine & Orthopedic Center, Plantation 33317) — Mon/Wed/Fri after hours (~6 labor-hours per visit total;

sometimes solo, sometimes two-person). • DFIT (Fort Lauderdale 33308) — every 2 weeks, ~3 hours on Sat after 12 pm or

Sun. offices, trash, sweep and mop clean two bathrooms with showers including shower walls. Ideal home base: 33311/33309

(≈20 minutes to both sites). ROLE SUMMARY Flagship medical office + bi-weekly gym. Maintain a consistent standard with

minimal supervision, follow checklists, communicate proactively, and protect client property. No biohazards/regulated
