Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Must pass a level 2 background and MVR Commercial building maintenance
experience Experience in maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment Skill in
using tools and equipment in maintenance and repair work Ability to perform a variety of skilled trades functions
