Launch Your Driving Career Just earned your CDL? This program is designed specifically for recent truck driving school

graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience and begin their career as a professional over-the-road driver. No

previous driving experience is required. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Graduated from a truck driving school within

the last 12 months Ability to meet DOT requirements Good driving record Willing to travel for onboarding and complete

mentor training New Driver Onboarding Qualified candidates will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR

before beginning over-the-road training. During onboarding, drivers will: ~ Meet members of the operations and safety
