Butcher Apprentice
About the Role
Butcher Prepare and cut meat according to specified requirements and standards. Ensure proper storage, handling, and
disposal of meat products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery area. Assist in inventory management and
stock control of meat supplies. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP guidelines. Proven
experience as a Butcher, preferably in a maritime or hospitality setting. Valid STCW certification and all necessary
documents for ship readiness. Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and preservation techniques. Ability to work
efficiently under pressure and in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Miami, FL, United
