About the Role

Camp Transportation Aide Under direction, the purpose of the position is to transport campers to and from various camp

recreation activities and planned events. Employees in this classification are responsible for assisting any special

needs campers in and out of the transportation vehicle. Objective is to provide safe transportation within the county

for campers and recreation staff. The following duties are normal for this position. Operates transportation vehicle

with heightened awareness of driving conditions and surroundings and in observance of established safety precautions and

driving procedures. Stops vehicle at assigned locations and destinations, assists campers on and off vehicle; renders
