About the Role

Automotive Finish Specialist Tropical Ford's Collision Center is looking for the next member of the family! We have been

a family-owned business for over 40 years and are in need of an Automotive Finish Specialist! Great pay and benefits for

the right person with the right qualifications. Applicants need to possess the following: Must have training or

experience with paint and materials, mixing room and body shop equipment. Must know how to color match, prime, blocking,

edging, cut in, and blending. Must have own paint gun and tools. Maintain tools, and Tropical Ford equipment. Must wear

proper PPE equipment. Needs to comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous
