About the Role

Baker/Mixer Job Post As a Baker/Mixer you will perform duties related to the daily production of baked goods. This will

include mixing, dividing, shaping, proofing, and baking all bread and bakery products. In addition, you will be working

in unison with other Bakery Team Members to ensure that the bread production process runs smoothly. Job Requirements and

Basic Qualifications: Mix doughs correctly and weigh/measure accurately using scales. Be very accurate in mixing,

dividing, shaping, proofing, and baking to ensure consistency in daily production. Understanding of correct mixing

order. Understand and follow all recipes and instructions Follow production schedule. Basic understanding of Globalbake
