Aviation Structural Sheet Metal Mechanic
About the Role
Job Description What you'll be doing day-to-day: Install, modify, and maintain aircraft structural sheet metal and
composite components. Fabricate, assemble, and rework structural parts using a variety of fabrication techniques.
Including cutting, bending, forming and heat treating to shape metal components. Use essential hand tools; drills, rivet
guns, shears to cut, shape and assemble sheet metal components. Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers,
protractors, etc.) to ensure quality standards are being met. Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
Read and work from engineering drawings and production specifications. Certificates/Security Clearances/Other
