1. Repayment Obligations: The employee may be required to repay the bonus if they leave the company within a specified

timeframe of (18months). Tax Implications: Signing bonuses are taxable, and employers may withhold applicable taxes.

Bonus will be pay in 2 installments, 90 days after starting date). Employees must remain employed for a minimum period
