About the Role
Associate Machine Operator As an Associate Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to utilize the latest mills,
lathes, mill-turns, and Swiss machines to produce close-tolerance parts for our medical products. Key roles will be to
ensure the smooth operation of machinery and assist the operations team in efficient production. This is an associate
level role. Operate various manual and CNC machines that are already set up and the process is clearly defined. Follow
written and verbal instructions, read basic blueprints or mechanical drawings after instruction. Recognize machining or
manufacturing problems to produce defect free parts. Learn and perform preventative maintenance on tools, equipment and
