About the Role
Sheet Metal Apprentice The Sheet Metal Apprentice supports the fabrication team by learning and performing basic sheet
metal fabrication tasks while developing the skills necessary to become a skilled fabricator. This role assists with
material preparation, equipment operation, shop organization, and quality control while working under the guidance of
experienced fabricators. Key Responsibilities Assist in the fabrication of ductwork and sheet metal components Learn to
read shop drawings and blueprints Measure, cut, and prepare materials for fabrication Operate basic shop tools and
equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Support inventory and material handling activities Follow all
