About the Role

Job Overview Assembler position located in Oldsmar, FL. Duration 12 months, hourly rate $20.00 – $27.00 with overtime.

Full-time onsite shift 4/10, 1st shift, Monday–Thursday 5 AM–3:30 PM EST. Opportunity for FTE hire. Responsibilities

Install electronic components onto circuit boards using basic hand tools, materials and processes. Perform soldering,

wiring, routing, assembly, disassembly, touch‐up, cleaning, and minor modifications to assemblies. Follow manufacturing

aids, assembly work instructions, and read bills of materials. Self‐inspect products for defects before moving to next

step. Ensure assemblies meet quality standards and production timelines. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of soldering
