Lead A&P Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Lead A&P Mechanic to drive operational excellence, mentor technicians, and manage complex

repairs while ensuring strict FAA/Part 145 compliance. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance crews and

project workflows, troubleshooting complex systems, and resolving AOG events. Rigorous safety and regulatory adherence

are also required. Qualifications include 5–8 years of maintenance experience and proven leadership/mentorship ability.
