About the Role
Job Summary: The Access Control Officer/Security Guard is the first line of contact with all residents, guests, visitors
and staff. The Access Control Officer fulfills a pivotal role in the Department of Access Control as this position is
the "point person" serving as the primary ambassador to the community. Duties: Maintains all access control to the
property and greets all residents, guests, visitors, contractors and staff entering the gate Verifies and welcomes all
residents' guests and visitors upon arrival Verifies all contractors and service providers by clearing proper
identification and work authorizations Completes and maintains all appropriate access control logs and reports Alerts
